    Suit cinq soldats américains aguerris chargés de tenir un château français près de la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Autrefois occupé par le haut commandement nazi, ce répit inattendu se transforme rapidement en folie lorsqu'ils rencontrent un ennemi surnaturel bien plus terrifiant que tout ce qu'ils ont pu voir sur le champ de bataille.
