Adam (Kevin Mundy), a senior at Gatlin High, finds himself in a challenging situation when his girlfriend, Amber (Reagan Pasternak), decides to wait until marriage to become intimate. During this period, Adam becomes involved with Gynger (Alycia Purrott) and she becomes pregnant. This situation catches the attention of Lydia Stone (Mo Gaffney), the local prosecutor who is campaigning for mayor. Seeking to appeal to the "moral majority" voters, Lydia charges Adam with statutory rape.
